David is both an Architect and developer with extensive experience of more than thirty years in project finance, feasibility analysis, development planning, design and management of large complex projects. Mr David approaches real estate development and property management with an entrepreneurial mindset. Whether it is designing buildings or responding to tenants, he is always searching for a better way to do things.

Mohammed has more than 18 years’ experience in investment banking and hospitality real estate development. Prior to joining the DL Group,Mohammed worked at WINGATE as a Principal where he successfully advised on the $124 million Accra Hotel project and the $25 million Crown Eco Resort project in the Volta region of Ghana . He spent over a
decade with Goil as financial advisor and manager where he was instrumental in growing the Mfund portfolio from US$15M to more than US$40M.

Lisa is our Marketing Strategist who has a passion for developing and growing projects. Lisa has over a decade working in Real Estate Development Marketing and Facilities Management. She owns and runs a fashion business . Manages city of David resort and holdings ). manages a portfolio of over 70 apartments, townhomes and villas in Accra’s most sought after residential areas. Lisa knows what drives sales conversions and successful project launches.

With more than 35 years of experience in Education, and the teaching of English Language, Mr. Chi has nurtured his passion for Tourism, Hospitality and Real estate into an enviable business development advisory. His expertise has been primarily focused on feasibility analysis, investment, and financing of real estate, hospitality and infrastructure projects. Chi has a deep understanding of these sectors across West Africa and has carried out feasibility and financial analysis of several projects for individuals and corporates, across the region.
